Daily Deviation

Given 2009-01-19
when I first saw Adoration by ~Scrybe I thought it was a photo or photo manipulation. It was only when looking at the blown up version of it that I realized it was a sculpt. The execution of the piece, especially incredibly fine details like the eye lashes and the individual strands of hair are perfect and really make this piece of work stunning to look at. Impressive sculpture. Done quite well with the details, and the figure's expression is wonderful.

The angle and lighting in which the photograph of the sculpture was taken work well too. Which of course, adds to the piece.
